Technical and Commercial offer
After the initial discussions to determine we are the right fit for your requirement, we would need information and samples to arrive at a technical proposal. We then provide a technical concept and proposal, once this is in line with the requirement, we will share the commercial offer. The typical timeline for this would be from 1 week to 3 weeks, depending on the project complexity.
During the Project build phase, team of project managers and engineers are in constant touch with the customer in bringing the visibility of the project throughout its life cycle.
Requirement Specification (RS)
The customer requirement and Micrologic Deliverable for a project are captured and documented as RS, which is vetted by the customer.
This becomes the basis of the final acceptance and validation.
Design Approval (DAP)
During the design phase, before manufacturing, the designs are shared with the customer and vetted for acceptance.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
The equipment once ready it is offered for the customer acceptance/Validation before dispatch. The equipment would be tested in detail, validated by Micrologic before the FAT by the customer. FAT will be the mirror of the RS.
Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
Once dispatched, installed and commissioned the equipment will be tested and validated at the site in accordance with SAT.
Project Timelines and Visibility
Once the project is kicked off, the timelines are shared with the customer on a regular interval. The project progress will be made visible from this process.

Control systems are crucial for every automation system, bringing control for every motion, sensor and other devices that comprise the automation system. Control systems provide visibility of the process, faults, performance, and productivity. Micrologic has an in-depth understanding and expertise in automation control systems, having delivered numerous systems. Software Engagement Models
We work on different engagement models with our customers in software development, whichever is suitable.
In this engagement model, a software application (software suite) is developed based on a specific requirement and will be supplied. The application remains a property of Micrologic and will be licensed to the buyer. The cost is normally arrived at the beginning of the project and fixed.
Time and Effort
In this engagement model, the software will be built to a given specification and the software will be the buyer’s property. Micrologic will charge on a Time and Effort basis, wherein the Man-hours spent on software development will be charged. The software can either be developed at Micrologic or at the buyer’s premises as necessary. The source code will be the property of the buyer.
Our Knowledge and Experience in this domain helps us choose the right robot for a specific application. We have the expertise to program and integrate any of the Cartesian, SCARA, articulated, multi-axis and collaborative robots. Robots provide additional advantage being flexibility for quick changes.

Intelligent(Tuning(From a simple stand-alone bar code scanning to a complex multi-camera vision system, we provide a wide gamut of vision solutions. Vision technology is a niche engineering field, integrating the Image sensor (Camera), optics, illumination and using the right algorithm. No two vision application are same. We have a vision software suite which is the work of our years of experience in machine vision.

Test and Validation
Automation systems once integrated have to undergo a series of tests and has to be validated for its fitness for purpose. Our team of test and validation engineers is involved at all stages of the project lifecycle, from creating a Requirement Specification, which defines the customer needs to final test and validation.
The validation at the final stage ensures that the equipment meets the customer’s specific and implied requirements like safety and reliability. The validation is performed by testing a known batch size with standard tools of machine capability (Gage R& R), Process capability (Cp, Cpk), OEE, and Reliability.
Post Automation Support
Equipment productivity is enhanced when the equipment deployed works without break- downs. Minor equipment stoppages account to a lot of losses in manufacturing. We provide training the customer’s engineers in maintaining the equipment, configuring, troubleshooting and rectifying a fault at the shortest time.
We work on a remote monitoring system through which we can access the equipment at a remote location and upgrade the software when a change is needed and diagnose an error.
